1.        After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not

inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. Edgar

Briganza, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions,

sought permission to withdraw the Bail Application with

liberty to file a fresh bail application after the charges are

framed or after a period of six months, whichever is earlier.



2.        Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid

liberty.
