Holding

The bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Summary

The applicant, Rajendra K. Vaniyar, filed a bail application in the High Court of Bombay which was initially rejected by the trial court. The applicant's counsel, Mr. C.G. Jadhav, after hearing that the court was not inclined to grant bail, sought permission to withdraw the bail application while reserving the right to appeal the trial court's order. Justice Dr. Neela Gokhale considered the request and, noting the applicant's desire to pursue an appeal, granted permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file an appeal. Consequently, the bail application was formally disposed of as withdrawn. No substantive discussion on the merits of bail or legal provisions was undertaken, as the matter was concluded on procedural grounds.
