Summary
Petitioner Fulabai, represented by Mr. Sharad V. Natu, filed a written request to withdraw her writ petition (WP No. 489 of 2025). The court accepted the withdrawal, disposing of the writ petition and the related civil application (No. 13145 of 2025) without addressing the merits. The petitioner’s counsel also urged the court to expedite a related suit that has been pending since 2015. The judge directed the trial court to decide the suit within one year from the date of the order. The order thus concludes the writ proceedings and sets a timeline for the pending suit.
