Summary

The applicants, who are seeking just compensation for lands acquired by the State of Maharashtra, filed appeals after a delay of 3,144 days. They applied to the High Court of Bombay, Aurangabad Bench, for condonation of this delay. The Court examined the reasons provided for the delay and considered the need to protect the respondents' interests.
