Disposal
DISMISSED

Holding

The civil revision was dismissed because the execution petition had been satisfied and no matter remained for revision.

Summary

The applicants filed a civil revision (No. 202 of 2018) challenging an order of the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nanded, which on 9 August 2019 rejected an objection petition and disposed of an execution petition. When the revision was called before the Bombay High Court, no party appeared. The court noted that the execution petition had been disposed of on the ground of satisfaction, leaving no operative relief to be sought. Consequently, the court held that there was nothing left to be revised. The revision application was therefore disposed of.
