DEORAO LALA MALIversusSHAIKH MUSA SHAIKH NADAR (DIED) THROUGH HIS L.RS. SHARIFABI SHAIKH MUSA AND OTHER

Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The revision application is infructuous and is therefore dismissed.

Summary

The petitioner, Deorao Lala Mali, filed a Civil Revision Application No. 120/2021 challenging an order dated 17-02-2020 passed in Special Darkhast No. 5/2016. The learned counsel pointed out that the same order had already been contested and rejected by a coordinate bench on 13-12-2021. The court observed that, in view of the earlier decision, the present revision application could no longer be entertained. Consequently, the revision was held to be infructuous. The application was therefore disposed of without further hearing.

  • Whether the Civil Revision Application No. 120/2021 is maintainable given the earlier rejection of the same impugned order by a coordinate bench?
