Holding
The eight‑week period mentioned in paragraph 10(E) commences from 12 June 2026.
Summary
The appellant, Mr. Rehan M. Shaikh, filed a praecipe seeking clarification of the commencement date for the eight‑week period prescribed in paragraph 10(E) of the order dated 24 March 2026. He argued that the order was uploaded on 12 June 2026, and therefore the time limit should be calculated from that date. The Court examined the procedural requirement and noted the absence of any indication in the original order about the upload date. It clarified that the eight‑week period will indeed start from 12 June 2026. The remainder of the original order was left unchanged and the praecipe was disposed of.
