Disposal
PARTLY ALLOWED AND PARTLY DISMISSED

Holding

The omission, being a clerical error, may be rectified by speaking to the minutes and inserting the advocate's name in the title clause.

Summary

The Court was approached with a motion to "speak to the minutes" of a common order dated 27.02.2026, seeking to correct an omission of the acquiring body's counsel name in the title clause of several appeals. Learned counsel Mr. B. R. Survase, who represented the acquiring body, pointed out that his appearance was not reflected in the title clause. The Court observed that the omission was a clerical oversight and could be rectified without prejudice to the parties. Accordingly, the Court directed that Mr. Survase's name be inserted in the title clause of the respective appeals and that a corrected copy be uploaded. The motion was thereafter disposed.
