Summary

The petitioner, Sudarshan Vishwas Patil, filed a writ petition seeking a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Nashik Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) for stone mining on his land in Mouje Matori, Nashik. The High Court directed the petitioner to apply for the NOC, which was subsequently granted on 2 April 2024.
