The Court granted a two‑week extension to the applicant for compliance with the earlier order.

Summary

The applicant, Prathmesh Prakash Kankekar, through Advocate Ms. Bhagyesha Kurane, admitted that due to inadvertence the compliance with the court's order dated 8 September 2025 remained pending. She sought a two‑week extension to fulfill the amendment required by that order. The State of Maharashtra, represented by Advocate Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, did not oppose the request. The Court considered whether the applicant’s explanation justified an extension of time. Finding no objection and accepting the explanation, the Court granted the two‑week extension. The interim application was therefore allowed.
