1. This Petition is circulated pursuant to the praecipe
dated 30th April, 2026, the same is taken on record and marked ‘X’
for identification.
2. By the present Interim Application, the Applicant has
sought for the following substantive relief in prayer clause (a) :-
“a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Grant
Extension of Order dated 30.04.2025 allowing the
Applicant to Supply the Spare Copy of the Application to
the Registry for issuing Fresh Notice to the Respondent
No.2.”

3. Request made by Mr. Kamran Shaikh, learned Advocate
for the Applicant in the present Interim Application is not opposed
by Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP for the State.
4. In view of the no objection given by Ms. Shilpa Talhar,
learned APP for the State, interim Application is allowed in terms
of prayer clause (a).
5. Mr. Kamran Shaikh states that the spare copy would be
furnished to the Registry of this Court within two weeks from
today. If the spare copy for issuance of notice on Respondent No. 2
is supplied within the period of two weeks from today.
6. Issue notice to Respondent No. 2, returnable on 9 th
July, 2026.
7. Interim Application No. 1486 of 2026 is allowed.
