Summary

The application was heard before Justice Ashwin D. Bhope, who noted that the Intervenor, through senior counsel Mr. Mrigendra Singh, requested unconditional withdrawal of the application. Neither the bail applicant’s counsel nor the State’s counsel opposed the withdrawal. The court, finding no objection, granted leave to withdraw the interim application. Consequently, Interim Application No. 1789 of 2026 was disposed of as withdrawn.
