The revision application and the interim applications are dismissed for want of prosecution.
Summary
Shakil Ahmed Shaikh filed a criminal revision (No.512 of 2022) challenging concurrent findings against him under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, along with two interim applications seeking suspension of sentence and bail. Neither the applicant nor his counsel appeared before the High Court or took steps to prosecute the applications. The Court observed that the applicant showed no interest in pursuing the matters. Consequently, the revision application and the accompanying interim applications were dismissed for want of prosecution.
