1. A praecipe is moved for speaking to the minutes of orders
dated 02.02.2026 passed in the above applications.
2. It is pointed out that the numbering of the Respondents was
incorrect in the applications which has resulted into the said orders
mentioning incorrect number of the Respondents.
3. I have gone through the mistake in numbering of the
Respondents. Respondent No.1c is stated double.

4. In that view of the matter, instead of correcting orders, it is
found appropriate to recall all the orders dated 02.02.2026 and let
the Applicants make appropriate changes/amendment in the
numbering. The prayers in the applications can be considered later
on.
5. Therefore orders dated 02.02.2026 passed in above
applications are recalled. The applicants are permitted to amend the
cause-title of the applications making appropriate changes in
Respondent numbers.
6. Stand over to 24.03.2026 for further consideration.
