The court ordered the correction of the earlier order to include the case number and extended the time for uploading the written agreement by one week.

Summary

The applicant Amol Padmakar Dhamdhere sought correction of an earlier order dated 18 March 2026 which mistakenly omitted the case number in reference to a testamentary suit. The court was also requested to extend the deadline for uploading the written agreement in the said suit. Justice Rajesh S. Patil ordered that the phrase “No.146 of 2016” be inserted after “Testamentary Suit” in paragraph 4, line 3 and paragraph 5.2, line 2 of the original order. Additionally, the time to upload the written agreement in Testamentary Suit No.146/2016 was extended by one week from the date of the current order. The remainder of the original order was left unchanged, and a corrected copy was to be uploaded on the High Court website.
