1.           The present Public Interest Litigation was filed seeking

directions to the Respondent authorities to take action for the

establishment of a Primary Health Center at Circle Manatha, Taluka

Hadgaon, District Nanded.


2.           Learned Advocate Mr. Jay Veer holding for Mr. Anjali Dube

(Bajpai) submits that, he has instructions to make a statement that the

purpose of filing the present Petition has now been served.


3.           The learned AGP is producing on record the Government

Resolution dated 23.10.2023, by which the Government has sanctioned

the   Primary    Health     Center   at   Manatha,    Taluka    Hadgaon,

District Nanded. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit “X”

for the purpose of identification.

                             4.             In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for

                             the Petitioner and the Government Resolution, nothing survives in the

                             present Petition for consideration. The Public Interest Litigation stands

                             disposed of.
