Holding
The revision application is dismissed as no substantive relief survives for adjudication.
Summary
The applicants, Anil Kumar Kunjbihari Almal and another, filed a criminal revision seeking to quash the Sessions Court's order dated 8 June 2007 which granted them limited anticipatory bail. They also requested that the protective relief be continued until the final adjudication of the proceedings. The High Court examined the record and noted that the interim protection had already been extended up to 19 December 2007. Upon reviewing the prayers, the Court held that no substantive relief remained for adjudication. Consequently, the revision application was dismissed, leaving the earlier bail order unaffected.
