Holding
The order dated 15.01.2021 is quashed and the appeal is restored to the Joint Charity Commissioner.
Summary
The petitioners, including Abhijeet Uttamrao Deshmukh, filed a writ petition challenging the order dated 15 January 2021 issued by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur, in Appeal No.129/2018. Both parties agreed that the matter required remand to the Commissioner for further consideration. The High Court, after hearing the submissions, found merit in the request to revisit the Commissioner’s decision. Consequently, the Court quashed and set aside the 15 January 2021 order and restored the appeal to the file of the Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur. The writ petition was thereafter disposed.
