The court adjourned the review petition to August 27, 2026, stating that its pendency does not affect the finality of the order under review.

Summary

The petitioners filed a review petition (RPW No. 83 of 2026) against the order in Writ Petition No. 12071 of 2024. The learned advocate for the original petitioner was unavailable to appear. The petitioner requested an adjournment, and the court agreed to stand the matter over to August 27, 2026. The court clarified that the pendency of the review petition would not affect the finality or enforceability of the order under review. The order also directed that any further actions be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy from the court’s website.
