Bombay High Court

THE CHIEF OFFICER MUNICIPAL COUNCIL TULJAPURversusDEELIP VISHWASRAO ROCHKARI AND OTHERS

Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The court ordered the correction of the erroneous reference in paragraph 1 of the order dated 24th March 2026.

Summary

The Chief Officer Municipal Council Tuljapur filed a writ petition challenging the respondents. In the order dated 24th March 2026, paragraph 1 mistakenly referred to a Government Resolution dated 08 February 2024 instead of the correct order passed in LAR No.214 of 2016 decided on 08 January 2019. The petitioner moved the court to correct this inadvertent error. The court examined the submission and found no substantive issue, only a clerical mistake. Accordingly, the court directed that the erroneous reference be replaced with the correct citation and that the corrected order be uploaded. The motion for correction was disposed of.
