The petitioners' accommodation request was deemed satisfied and, given the Government Resolution, the respondents must verify and release the pending salary within three months.

Summary

Bhagwan Shankarrao Deshmukh and another, former school employees, filed a writ petition seeking accommodation near their former school and the release of pending salary. The petitioners submitted a communication dated 13‑Oct‑2025 showing they had been accommodated nearby, thereby satisfying the accommodation request. They also produced a Government Resolution dated 31‑Dec‑2025 indicating that funds were made available for payment of their salaries. The Court examined these documents and found that the purpose of the petition had been fulfilled with respect to accommodation and that salary funds were available. Consequently, the Court directed the respondents to verify the claimed salary dues and release the amounts within three months, and disposed of the writ petition.
