The order is corrected to include the reference to the registered correction deed dated 02.03.1992.
Summary
The petitioners, Suresh Bansi Labade and another, filed a writ petition asserting ownership of a property based on a registered sale deed dated 31.01.1989 and a registered correction deed dated 02.03.1992. The learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that the court's order dated 04.03.2026 omitted reference to the correction deed in Paragraph 3. The bench, after hearing the counsel, agreed that the omission needed rectification. Consequently, Paragraph 3 of the order was corrected to expressly mention the correction deed dated 02.03.1992. The court directed that the corrected copy of the order be uploaded. The motion for correction was thereafter disposed of.
