The writ petition is withdrawn and the respondents are directed to complete execution of the decree within six months.

Summary

The petitioners filed a writ petition seeking execution of a decree from Regular Civil Appeal No.134 of 1970. During the hearing, the petitioner's counsel, Mr. B.A. Darak, requested permission to withdraw the petition while urging the court to expedite the execution proceedings. The court granted the withdrawal, disposing of the writ petition, and directed respondents 5 and 6 to complete the execution within six months, in line with the earlier decree, the executing court's order dated 15‑03‑2019, and the Supreme Court's directions in Misc. Application No.430 of 2023 (SLP (C) No.18684 of 2022). Any pending civil application was also disposed of. The order thus ends the writ petition and sets a timeline for execution.
