Summary
The petitioner, Anil Laxmanrao Jadhav, filed a writ petition seeking directions to the State of Maharashtra (respondent No.2) to decide an application dated 03‑04‑2025 concerning the regularisation of a sale deed dated 12‑02‑2003 that would convert a Bhogwatadar Class II into Class I. The application must be considered in light of a Government Notification dated 20‑02‑2025 and a subsequent Government Resolution dated 15‑07‑2025. The respondent had earlier passed an order on 26‑02‑2024 rejecting the conversion.
