Summary

Petitioner Ram Swarup Chandrabh an Aher filed a writ petition seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide a pending revision petition within three months. The respondent's Attorney General pleaded and waived notice, stating that the revision petition would be decided within four months, which the Court accepted as an undertaking. The Court, noting the pending nature of the revision petition, directed Respondent No.2 to decide it within four months. No substantive merits of the revision petition were addressed; the order merely set a time‑frame. The writ petition was disposed of after the direction was issued.
