The writ petition was allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
Summary
The petitioner, Sonali, filed a writ petition in the Bombay High Court challenging matters arising from consent terms entered into before the Family Court, Jaipur. The petitioner, through counsel Ayush Pasbola, sought to withdraw the writ petition, stating that the parties had reached an agreement. The respondent, represented by Savita M. Yadav, did not oppose the withdrawal. The Court considered whether a writ petition could be withdrawn after the parties had entered into consent terms. It held that the petitioner was free to withdraw the petition and granted liberty to file any necessary application thereafter. Consequently, the writ petition was allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
