The High Court allowed the withdrawal of the writ petition and disposed of it as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Summary

Manohar Govindrao Gajare filed a writ petition before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, seeking relief against the State of Maharashtra and others. The petitioner, through counsel, later requested permission to withdraw the petition while retaining the right to pursue any appropriate remedy later. The Court considered the request and noted that any future proceedings should account for the time already spent on the present petition. Accordingly, the Court allowed the withdrawal and ordered the petition to be disposed of as withdrawn, granting the liberty sought. No substantive merits of the original claims were adjudicated.
