                         Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a

            copy of the communication dated 07.03.2019, issued by the Deputy

            Director of Education, Nashik Regioin, Nashik.          By way of said

            communication, the petitioner has now been absorbed in Zilla

            Parishad, Nashik, as an Assistant Teacher.        The grievance of the

            petitioner, thus, stands redressed.      The petitioner, therefore, seeks

            withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

            2.           Leave granted.        The petition stands disposed of as

            withdrawn.
