Summary
The petitioner, Pranali Sheshrao Kolhe, filed a writ petition challenging a communication dated 14 May 2021 from the Registrar of the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council that suspended her professional licence. The petitioner alleged grievance against the suspension and sought relief from the High Court. The respondent State, through its Advocate General, and Respondent No.2, through counsel N. T. Tribhuwan, informed the Court that the Pharmacy Council Board has been newly constituted and is scheduled to meet in the second week of April 2026, at which time the petitioner's grievance will be placed before the Board for a decision. The Court, noting the pending Board hearing, disposed of the petition without granting any interim relief. No substantive examination of the merits of the suspension was undertaken, as the matter was left to the administrative Board.
