                                    1. This petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No.
                                    383 of 2011 pending before the Civil Court, Chandauli.

                                    2. On earlier occasion, there being some confusion regarding the nature of
                                    suit, matter was directed to be listed before one court or another and
                                    ultimately it went on the list.

                                    3. Considering more than 15 years' pendency of the suit, petition is disposed
                                    of directing the court concerned where the said suit is pending to decide the
                                    same expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of six months
                                    from the date a certified copy of this order is produced, if the same has not
                                    already been decided.
