Opposite Party :- State of U.P. and Another
Counsel for Applicant :- Sanjeev Dwivedi
Counsel for Opposite Party :- Govt. Advocate,Krishna Kumar
                                        Sahu,M.V.S. Chauhan

                                        Hon'ble Mohd. Faiz Alam Khan,J.

No one is present for the applicant when this case is taken up
for hearing while learned counsel for opposite party no.2 as
well as learned AGA is present.

On the last date i.e. 23.11.2022 also the applicant was
unrepresented while opposite party no.2 and the State were
                                        available.

In view of above, it appears that perhaps the applicant has lost
interest in prosecuting the instant case. Thus, the instant case is
dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, is also
                                        vacated.

                                        Order Date :- 1.12.2022
