After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant prays for
withdrawal of the present arbitration application, with liberty to file a
fresh arbitration application.
Accordingly, the present arbitration application is dismissed as withdrawn
with the liberty as prayed for.
This order has been passed in the presence of Mr. Saurabh Pandey
holding brief of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra, counsel for the opposite
party.
