The review application is misconceived and is dismissed.
Summary
The High Court of Allahabad considered a review application filed by claimants (respondents in the original appeal) seeking relief against the dismissal of their cross‑objection in FAFO No. 2981 of 2005. The claimants were absent at the hearing of the original order and also at the review hearing. The review sought to overturn the earlier order that dismissed the cross‑objection. The Court examined whether the review application was maintainable and found it to be misconceived. Consequently, the Court dismissed the review application.
