                                    Petitioner has filed this revision petition to challenge the impugned order
                                    dated 29.1.2026 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court
                                    No.7, Moradabad in Session Trial No. 462 of 2025, arising out of Case
                                    Crime No. 1137 of 2024, under Section 109(1) B.N.S., Section 8/20
                                    N.D.P.S. Act and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Mojohla,
                                    District Moradabad, whereby his application for discharge has been
                                    dismissed.

                                    After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner does not
                                    press this revision petition and prays for withdrawal.

                                    The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
