The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Summary
The petitioners, Ramu @ Ramnath and eight others, filed a criminal revision challenging an order dated 10 November 2025 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kairana, which rejected the Final Report No.87 of 2018 and allowed a protest petition filed by the State. The underlying case involved offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 326 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners sought to set aside the magistrate's order but did not pursue the prayer for an alternative remedy as required by law. The High Court observed that the petitioners had effectively withdrawn their relief. Consequently, the Court dismissed the revision petition as withdrawn.
