Allahabad High Court

AVADHESH SINGHversusSTATE OF U.P. AND 3 OTHERS

Decided

Holding

The Court directed the Principal General Manager (Administration) to decide the pending appeal within three months, thereby disposing of the writ petition without expressing any view on the merits.

Summary

The petitioner filed a writ petition seeking the expeditious disposal of an appeal dated 18‑03‑2026 that was pending before the Principal General Manager (Administration), Disciplinary, Uttar Pradesh, after an order dated 10‑12‑2025.
