                                    Court No. - 6
                                                       HON'BLE PRAKASH PADIA, J.

                                    1. After some arguments, it is very fairly argued by Shri Varad Nath,
learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present writ petition as
not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition with better averments.

                                    2. This prayer has not been opposed by the learned Standing Counsel
                                    appearing on behalf of State-respondents.

                                    3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty
                                    as prayed.

                                                                                             (Prakash Padia,J.)
