Holding
The Court directed the Tehsildar to decide the matter afresh, strictly in accordance with law, within six months.
Summary
The petitioners filed a writ petition seeking to quash orders dated 19.11.2024 and 18.10.2025 issued by the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Varanasi, which remanded a matter back to the Tehsildar of Shakaldeeha, District Chandauli. The petitioners later limited their prayer to directing the Tehsildar to decide the matter afresh in accordance with the appellate and revisional orders. The respondents did not oppose this limited prayer. The Court, without interfering with the challenged orders, disposed of the writ petition by directing the Tehsildar to decide the matter afresh, strictly according to law, within six months of receiving the certified copy of the order, and to avoid unnecessary adjournments.
