The notice has remained unserved to the sole-
appellant on the ground of his death. The report of the
learned 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Amreli
is on record along with the report of Savarkundla (Rural)
Police Station and the statement of the son of the
deceased and cousin brother of the deceased along with
the copy of death certificate, which shows the death of
Vinubhai Vallbhabhai Kaladiya as on 03.12.2013.
In view of the death of the sole-appellant, the appeal
gets disposed of as abated.
