   has          received              instructions                 to       appear             for        the         original

   complainant. He is permitted to file vakalatnama in the

   Registry. Registry to accept the same.

               This application, through his representative, is filed by

   the applicant seeking temporary bail.

               Considering                 the        jail      remarks,               it     appears             that         the

   applicant was released recently from 26.4.2026 to 30.4.2026

   and no justifiable reason is made out for releasing him on

   temporary bail. The application is rejected, accordingly.
