                 applicant was recently arrested on 30.01.2025 and the matter

                 is    at     the     stage       of    evidence        of    the        prosecution        and     no

                 justifiable reasons have been stated in the application. Hence,

                 no case is made out.                   The application is rejected, accordingly.
