                2.       Considering           the      jail     remarks,         it    appears         that      the

                applicant was recently released on 13.11.2025 and jail conduct

                is also not good and no justifiable reasons have been stated

                in     the     application.         Hence,        no     case      is    made        out.       The

                application is rejected, accordingly.

                authority.
