             1.       This application is filed by the applicant, through his

             representative for temporary bail.



             2.       Having heard              and perusing the papers available on

             record, more particularly,                     considering the jail remarks, it

             appears         that       the      applicant          was         recently       arrested         on

             11.07.2025 and no justifiable reasons have been stated in the

             application and the jail conduct of the applicant is also not

             good.       Hence,        no   case      is    made         out.       The      application        is

             rejected, accordingly.
