1. This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant
seeking temporary bail.
2. Considering the jail remarks, it appears that when
applicant was granted temporary bail by the Sessions Court,
he had absconded for 426 days and arrested by the Police,
the jail conduct of the applicant is also not good. Hence, no
case is made out. The application is rejected, accordingly.
3. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail
authority.
