                                                ORAL ORDER

1.       This application is filed by the applicant, through his

representative for temporary bail.

2.       Having heard                    and perusing the papers available on

record, more particularly,                             considering the jail remarks, it

appears           that         the        applicant              was         recently            arrested             on

26.07.2025. Learned APP has also drawn attention of this

Court to a report submitted before this Court, by Police
Inspector,           ATS,         Ahmedabad,                 and        the       same          is     taken         on

record. In the said report, it is stated that the address given

in the application and before the police is not the correct

address. Furthermore no justifiable reasons are given in the

application for grant of temporary bail. Hence, no case is

made out.             The application is rejected, accordingly.
