1. This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant
seeking temporary bail on the ground of managing finances
for the family.
2. Considering the jail remarks, it appears that the
applicant has recently been released, by an order dated
08.01.2026 from 19.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for a period of 05
days, further it is stated that the applicant surrendered late,
and the jail conduct is also not good. No justifiable reasons
have been stated. Hence, no case is made out. The
application is rejected, accordingly.
3. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail
authority.
