1. This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant
seeking temporary bail.
2. Considering the jail remarks, it appears that the
applicant was released recently by an order dated 15.12.2025
from 22.12.2025 to 30.12.2025 and the fact that jail conduct
of the applicant is also not good and no justifiable reasons
have been stated in the application. Hence, no case is made
out. The application is rejected, accordingly.
3. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail
authority.
