1.      This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant

seeking temporary bail.

2.      Considering           the      jail     remarks,         it    appears         that      the

applicant was released recently by an order dated 11.06.2025

for 7 days and he was absconding for 31 days and thereafter

he had surrendered. Moreover, earlier also when he was

released in the year 2022, he had surrendered late by 21

days and the jail conduct of the applicant is also not good,

no justifiable reasons have been stated in the application.

Hence, no case is made out.                             The application is rejected,

accordingly.

authority.
