  2.       Considering           the      jail     remarks,         it    appears         that      the

  applicant was released recently by an order dated 09.12.2025

  from 23.12.2025 to 31.12.2025 and the fact that the jail

  conduct of the applicant is also not good and no justifiable

  reasons have been stated in the application. Hence, no case

  is made out.            The application is rejected, accordingly.

  authority.
