          Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case,
more particularly, modified policy in respect of remission issued by State
Government and looking to the incarceration of the present applicant –
convict, the State Authority shall decide the case of the present applicant
– convict as per applicable policy within period of 3 months upon receipt
of this order.

          With this observation, present application is disposed of. Learned
APP shall communicate this order to the State Authority for further
proceedings.
